I really like an excellent time period drama, and Upstairs Downstairs Seasons 1-5 DVD Box set is that plus much more. Every thing about it is great, and additionally it is very stylish plus a delight to watch. The series seems sumptuous; the photography is marvellous although the spots, surroundings and costumes certainly are a delight to the eyes. The audio is beautifully composed, the pace is warm and lively without getting as well rushed or draggy and also the direction is usually managed. There's also the fantastic writing, the engrossing stories and the prosperous characters and their growth. As well as the acting is wonderful throughout the board, I personally tend not to feel there's a weak website link within the cast. All in all, this really is a wonderful series and really worth seeking out for.
I grew up seeing 'Upstairs, Downstairs'. Even like a child I often imagined the show was entertaining and involving. I usually really liked the character of 'Rose' the maid played through the very amazing Jean Marsh. Some children growing up through the 70's watched 'Brady Bunch' or 'Starsky and Hutch', I noticed those reveals much too, however the one which my brother and I genuinely revered after we ended up kids was Upstairs Downstairs DVD Box set.I feel I constantly liked it simply because it constantly sort of produced me think of 'Mary Poppins' which was my favourite movie back then.
